How do relative dates work in OfficeConnect?
When relative date is enabled, all periods added into an OfficeConnect report will display relative to the report date. For example, "current month + 1" or "current month -1"
In Workbook properties there is a "Make new time elements relative to report date" property. When enabled, any time periods added to the report will be relative to the report date - which is set in the Workbook Properties.
Using relative dates is the best way to keep your reports dynamic and limit the need for users to edit the report on a monthly basis. Watch the video below to learn more about relative dates in Workday Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect.
