When trying to copy and paste in OfficeConnect, users need to ensure that they are using the OfficeConnect supported features and not the excel copy and paste (including short-cuts).
If the excel copy and paste function has been applied, all of the OfficeConnect/Adaptive elements are not carried across and therefore there is no connection between the values and Adaptive. A good hint that you have used to wrong function is if the OfficeConnect ribbon and features are disabled.
