Instead of saving mutliple copies of the one report to send to different business units, use Repeating Reports.
We often find that users maitain multiple versions of the same report, with the intention that each report has a different audience - whether thats a different area of the business, location or project. This becomes a challenge as updates are required as multiple versions of the reports need to be managed.
Once you have a report built, the "Repeating Reports" feature can be leveraged on a particular element (eg. Business Unit). Once applied, the report will show a new tab for each Business Unit.
